Night Album is for private events. The host is responsible for the album and for what guests upload. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to share.

Free albums lock after 14 days. Paid plans last as long as the plan says. We can remove an album that is illegal, abusive, or a leak of a private code used to spam.

Guests pay nothing. Hosts pay Stripe for Night, Event, or Pro. Prints and shipping, when offered, are fulfilled by a print partner.

The service is provided as-is. nightalbum.com is the product site.
